3PL Sales Account Manager – Xologistic

The Opportunity

Xologistic, a fast growing 3PL Warehouse services provider is seeking an experienced hunter. The right candidate can be described as a resourceful, smart, detail oriented, driven sales individual with 3PL domain expertise and a book of business to lead our venture to new heights. You will responsible for fostering old and new relationships, driving sales and working collaboratively with others within the organization. Help us revolutionize how businesses store and deliver their products, offering optimal storage and fulfillment planning and management. This is a significant opportunity in a team oriented and entrepreneurial atmosphere to play a major part.

What you’ll do

You will have a track record of achievement and will grow an ambitious pipeline of business by way of outbound prospecting, creativity, and hard work. You will navigate through multi-layer organizations reaching makers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position:

· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing 3PL vendors and national “on demand warehousing” organizations for lead generation and industry tools and best practices

· Regularly conduct C-level face to face meetings

· Understand customer needs and explain to them the benefits of our client services

· Work with operations to onboard customers meeting their specific service needs in the ways of space, storage, handling to provide a seamless experience

· Meet and exceed sales goals, input plans to exceed

· Be a part of “all hands-on deck” KPI reviews where operations, sales, and senior management team members openly discuss what we achieved and what we can improve.

· Enjoy being a part of a highly motivated, driven, and creative team with lots of growth opportunities

· Accurately forecasting using sales and industry trends to plan for demand

· Provide support on ad-hoc requests and related special projects as required

· Live by the “end of day” call return requirement

· Communicate openly with senior management

Knowledge, skills and Abilities:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, generating new business. Selling to all-size regional, and national businesses in a wide range of industries

· Ability to monitor the end to end sales cycle process

· Must be resourceful. Deep and creative thinker that subscribes to the “no idea is a bad idea until proven to be so” way of thinking

· Must have industry related pricing knowledge 3PL, warehousing and fulfillment services

· Existing customer roster and “book of business” to bring on board is required

· Knowledge or contacts to drive state and federal government opportunities

· Excellent written and oral communication, highly detail oriented

· Ability to multi-task, maintain a high level of organization, set priorities

· Display excellent problem-solving and solid analytical skills

· Positive attitude, good work ethic and a self-motivated team player

· Enjoy thinking strategically and bringing creative solutions

Minimum required qualifications:

· Strong understanding of the 3rd Party Logistics and Supply Chain industry

· Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

· Advanced Excel capabilities, comfortable with formatting and customizing reports

· Ability to negotiate terms and services

· Advanced and extensive contract knowledge

· Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years’ experience required

· Must always be a positive and professional representative of Xologistic and any affiliated businesses
